Position: Site Engineer - Aluminium and Glazing Facades

Location: UAE
Description: We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to manage site operations and facade installations. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background and experience in the UAE region, focusing on high-rise building facades.
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily reporting the site progress, manpower, and any technical issues to Construction Manager.
  • Review the shop drawings and maintain site coordination to ensure smooth site execution.
  • Manpower allocation to achieve daily target as per project schedule and prioritise.
  • Coordinating with the site team in terms of quality and compliance with approved shop drawings and quality measures and HSE requirements.
  • Assist to solve any technical or installation problems on site.
  • Tracking material delivery and managing site logistics.
  • Participate in TBT, site safety meetings, site inspection and testing maintaining high standard of safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facades, preferably in high-rise buildings.
  • Experience and familiarity with roles in the UAE region.

Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee facade installations for high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of facade systems and a proven track record of managing construction operations in the UAE region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, to ensure constructability and compliance with design intent.
  • Oversee façade subcontractors, material procurement, and installation teams to ensure optimal productivity and safety.
  • Monitor site installations—such as unitized or stick curtain walls, glazing, and cladding—to enforce strict quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Contractor teams, structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to resolve complex architectural interface issues.
  • Track progress, enforce safety regulations, and identify delay recovery plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in facade high-rise buildings.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in facade systems.

Description: We are seeking a highly organized Documents Controller to oversee the management, distribution, and security of project documents. The successful candidate will ensure all technical and corporate documentation is accurately tracked, up-to-date, and compliant with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Documents Management: Log, scan, and file electronic and hard-copy documents (e.g., blueprints, manuals, method statements) in accordance with established document control procedures.
  • Documents Version Control: Ensure the most recent versions of documents and drawings are available to authorized personnel, preventing the use of outdated files.
  • Distribution & Transmittal: Track and transmit technical documents to project managers, and sub contractors.

  • Reporting: Prepare periodic progress reports on document submittals, pending approvals, and outstanding actions.

Requirements
